How seriously does Migros take us?

I took the trouble to study Migros' responses on Migipedia. What is striking is that the answers to suggestions are always the same ("Great idea, we'll get in touch with the people responsible", later often followed by "Unfortunately the idea didn't take off"). In fact, there are almost no other answers.

Even with justified complaints (e.g. Boncampo coffee capsules), I expect a different response from Migros - if they really take their customers seriously.

My question: Is Migipedia not just a publicity stunt for Migros? My expectation of a real dialog is different. As a loyal Migros customer, I feel rather "taken for a ride" by Migipedia.
