No suggestion, no criticism, just a little message. We're having a movie night at home tonight. My son, 6, comes with the movie 'Polarexpress' and asks if we can watch it. I tell him that it's a Christmas movie. He says it's almost Christmas. No, it's still a few weeks away. His answer: But it's already Christmas at Migros.... Thanks Migros, our Christmas season starts now?✌?

i am well aware that this has been the case for some time now. my time is not frozen and i don't live behind the moon? no need to react like that... do you have children? my son, who has just turned 6, doesn't have a great sense of time yet. so the christmas season has already started for him, regardless of whether it's october or not. he's getting the christmas movies, wants to start doing handicrafts and is making a wish list. as i said, i know that the whole christmas business starts early, very early, but explaining to children that it goes on for a long time is almost impossible. they see christmas in the stores now, for them this time of year has started. by the way, we watched the movie yesterday?

Children would probably prefer to have Christmas 365 days a year :-) Some Lidl, Aldi, Coop, Migros etc. had already started to change over to Christmas decorations, Christmas cookies etc. at the end of September/beginning of October. - and outside it was sunny and around 20-25 degrees ;-) The same thing every year, nothing will ever change in this respect. At the end of January, after all the Christmas decorations, cookies etc. are sold out, they start with the Easter decorations and Easter bunnies. The reasoning is always the same: there is a customer need... (whether it's true or not remains to be seen)
