Couldn't people who want to eat more protein just eat their low-fat quark and chicken breast? Instead, more and more high protein products like cheeses are supposed to come onto the market? They're all supposed to eat them, even though they were happy with normal cheeses? I don't understand.
They certainly could, but it's probably not fun for them in the long run to always eat the same thing ;-) At some point you're bound to get sick of chicken breast and low-fat quark. That's why they like to have all kinds of things with a "high protein" label, so they have a bit of variety in their meals...
Legere cheese is now sold as high-protein, but the product has not changed. Anyone who jumps on this bandwagon and pays more is simply to blame 🤷♀️
I think all high protein products are simply overpriced, in my opinion it's just a marketing stunt to generate more sales anyway, but as long as people are prepared to spend so much money on them, these high protein products will probably exist. Strangely enough, it used to be possible without high protein products (bodybuilders have their protein powders anyway)... Leger just doesn't seem to have the same appeal anymore, so Leger cheese is simply turned into high protein cheese to generate more sales. The nutritional values are probably the same, only the price is probably higher (high protein). Apart from that, I find it totally ridiculous to sell a cheese as high protein. Every normal cheese has around 30g of protein, and that's without the "high protein" label; cheese is naturally "high protein"... But whoever wants to buy it should and may, to each his own. The competition (e.g. Denner, Aldi) offers cheese/slices of cheese that are light, and I believe they have the same if not better nutritional values than this high protein cheese from Migros. And they are cheaper too.

Léger Wähe would be just as good for me. It's true, high protein products are unfortunately often overpriced at the moment. Simply a somewhat "healthier" wäähe with fewer calories/fat, but a little more protein, perhaps a little more vegetables/whole grains. Whether it's called "Oh!", "You" or "Léger"... I honestly don't really care.
