Dear Ms. Nold, as President of the MIGROS cooperative association, could you please explain the meaning of "One M-better"? The Norwegian luxury groundwater VOSS, which has been proven to be nothing other than ordinary tap water, which is available to you and me at home at all times in the best quality, that is very clever sales marketing indeed, rather like selling a fridge to an Inuit in his igloo! Selling us 2 million MIGROS owners expensive ordinary tap water that says VOSS on it but doesn't have VOSS in it is, I say, fraudulent labeling, not to mention sustainability and ecology. This groundwater, which is pumped up and by no means bubbles up on its own, is transported through a plastic pipeline to the bottling plant in Iveland, where it is transformed into "precious" VOSS water and bottled in trendy designer glass bottles by Calvin Klein. There are no mountains and glaciers in Iveland, as we are led to believe, because the town of Voss, without the non-existent bottler of VOSS tap water, is around 400 km away. "Our" MIGROS preaches sustainability, says "From the region for the region!" This is the local chauvinistic - but perfectly plausible and environmentally laudable - advertising slogan of "our" MIGROS. Now "our" MIGROS could of course say that it means "From the region of Northern Europe for the region of Central Europe". It's your duty, Ms. Nold, do something!!! How many MIGROS customers demand pumped-up, ordinary Norwegian groundwater of the VOSS brand? Well, I didn't buy this groundwater because of the water, I was taken with the handsome glass bottle by Calvin Klein, which my wife now uses as a decorative flower vase for a single rose. The consumer magazine K-Tipp tested 20 mineral waters and certified both EPTINGER and LOSTORFER mineral water as the best mineral water in Switzerland, completely free of uranium and other harmful substances. Incidentally, EPTINGER mineral water is also available in an elegant glass bottle, so it doesn't have to be overpriced Iveland groundwater pumped up 1,800 km away from us. In Iveland, this is used to wash salads, vegetables, cars and much more, to shower, to flush the toilet, to wash hands, simply what men and women do with tap water, just as tap water is used in Liebefeld. Any more questions? Rethink, seize the opportunity, Ms. Nold!!! At the WEF 2020, Ms. Sommaruga spoke the following, in my opinion, clever sentence: "If you draw a blank at the Eiffel Tower every day, nothing will happen until it's too late." If I and 10 others draw the attention of "our" MIGROS to this sales nonsense with VOSS groundwater, this is roughly equivalent to 1 loose rivet on the Eiffel Tower. NOTHING happens, "our" MIGROS is not even interested. But it's like pinpricks: A single one doesn't hurt, but the sum is annoying. So I call on all those who are bothered by these machinations to please take "our" MIGROS to task and insist that this in no way corresponds to the constantly propagated sustainability, not even from "The region for the region" and just as little to the always prayerful promise to Generation M (who is that anyway?)! Dear Ms. Nold, together with "our" or your MIGROS managers, you must act! There are enough arguments to trigger a rethink in "our" MIGROS, do it! Go over the books and stop this ecological nonsense. I call on everyone who reads these lines to write on Facebook, Twitter, other social media, write a letter or e-mail to "our" MIGROS, inform your environment, work colleagues, inform where you are doing your training, the more you make your voice heard at "our" MIGROS, the greater our power, our influence to ensure that the sale of VOSS groundwater by "our" MIGROS is stopped immediately! We are the MIGROS! Take an example from Greta T., a tsunami is to be triggered. Because never before has spending money been as political as it is today. We customers demand more responsible companies; today every brand fears boycotts, shitstorms or public actions by angry customers. Consumption has lost its innocence, moral consumption rules today!
