First of all, I would like to wish everyone a happy new year.

Over the festive period, a piece of Emmentaler went moldy in its original packaging before it expired. I went to the store on 31.12.2015 and wanted to return it, the customer service lady asked for the receipt. I no longer had it. Are there really people who keep the receipt for groceries? I don't have a smart phone either, so I couldn't look it up.
They think anyone can come in and the cheese could have been stolen! I've been a Migros customer for 40 years, but we have other stores in the village...
