Hello everyone.
Could it be that this year there is no disposable dough for sale? I would really regret that, this has always been my absolute favorite dough!!! ?
I am happy for any advice...
Many greetings, Anita (Ovo lover)

Hello@suguus
I couldn't find the dough in our system straight away, but I'll ask our experts and get back to you as soon as possible. Best regards, Tabi

According to Migipedia, the Eimalzin dough is no longer available. A block used to cost Fr. 4.20.

Hello@suguus
I have already received feedback from the department responsible, but unfortunately we have had to discontinue the one-off Guetzli dough due to insufficient demand. I'm sorry I can't give you any better news.
Just in case you get a craving for Eimalzin Guetzlis at some point, I've picked out a recipe for you here :) Best regards, Tabi
Hello everyone
Thank you very much for your quick and clear answers. Too bad, too bad. But thanks for the recipe. I will certainly try it out...
Best regards,
Anita
Today I took a closer look at the ingredients of Einmalzin.
I am so disappointed that in addition to coconut oil, the unhealthy/disease-causing palm oil is also mixed in :(
The competitor product sets a better example and uses rapeseed oil.
Is it possible to do without palm oil here?
Thank you
Hello @nasrina
Thank you for your question. I'll ask our product manager and get back to you.
Best regards, Nicole
Dear @nastina
I have just received feedback from the responsible product manager. Migros is already working on replacing the palm oil in Eimalzin with rapeseed oil. However, the implementation will take a moment, as it has to be tested carefully to ensure that the taste does not change.
Kind regards, Nicole

@Nicole_Migros Does your statement refer to ALL Eimalzine products or just the powder?
Good morning @fabi_79
My statement refers to the Eimalzin powder. For the other Eimalzin products, there is currently no concrete solution to replace this; it is difficult to find a substitute that does not deviate from the previous quality in terms of processing technology, consistency and taste. However, Chocolat Frey has been investigating how palm oil can be replaced for some time.
Kind regards, Nicole

According to the list of ingredients on Migipedia, the Eimalzin sachets are already made with rapeseed oil instead of palm oil. Palm oil is still listed as an ingredient in the other products. When will the changeover be completed?
