A product that doesn't exist yet, at least I've never seen anything like it...
I'm actually a huge cottage cheese fan, but whenever I eat/drink dairy products, be it milk, yoghurt, quark or even cottage cheese, I have a throat constricting feeling after the first or at the latest after the second bite/swallow. And sometimes I have the feeling that I can't swallow at all. The last time I dared to eat a dairy product (Skyr from Coop) I thought I was going to choke. At first it didn't even help to take a sip of water or I couldn't swallow it. I don't have this problem with comparable plant-based products (e.g. soy yoghurt or oat drink).
That's why I advocate a vegan cottage cheese :-)-> Could you try making it from silken tofu? ;-) That would be a challenge for the food technologists at Migros ;-)

Doesn't matter (in my opinion) we are curious to see what comes out of the vegan cheese ?!!!

In my dairy farming days, how cottage cheese was made was a closely guarded secret. And vegans often love food that still has life in it and is therefore free from additives etc. From this point of view, it would be Entstation cottage cheese. But since I've been VEGAN for a few years now, I'm always discovering new great vegan foods. I would be delighted if Migros learned to produce more of these foods.
Hey Micii, we introduced the Cottage Cheese Piment d'Espelette in May. Which has been very successful. There are currently no plans for another variety in the new year. Best regards, Jan
