Surprise suitcase

Ueberraschungs Koffer

I think Ueberraschungs Koffer is very good. It's a great way to discover Migros' own brands.
But there are some people, especially older single-person households, who are not able to "purchase" them with the required points within the specified period. Suggestion: Set the price with a Cumulus voucher and make it possible to buy them.

Not only older, but also younger singles (to which I will soon no longer be able to count myself) are nowhere near achieving sales of over 400 francs in four weeks in Migros alone. I demonstratively paid for my entire shopping today with blue vouchers and will continue to do so in the coming weeks (except when I can use the 4xCumulus at the end of the month).

Apart from that, I find these campaigns as idiotic as many others. What am I supposed to do with a suitcase full of products, most of which I probably don't even need?

Dear feather cloud,

You are not encouraged to collect them. Firstly, the own brands are being strengthened here and not any collectible figures.

However, I would welcome it if the contribution were reduced to 10 francs.

Hello @joeweibel and @Federwolke

We have deliberately chosen the minimum purchase amount for a sticker so that smaller households can also benefit from the promotion. Of course, we understand that it may not be enough for everyone to fill the card by the end of the promotion.

We have therefore deliberately not personalized the campaign and you can join forces with others to enjoy a surprise suitcase together. Maybe you'll find someone who could use the products in the suitcase that you don't want.

Best regards

Urs

It's all about solutions that "old" Migros children still belong to. And the good thing is that you discover things that you wouldn't otherwise buy or don't even know that you can get rid of Nestle. And with the alternative Cumulus voucher we would still be in the loyalty program.

The 10 francs would make sense, because especially single people can never manage the 400 francs and begging strangers for money is not everyone's cup of tea.

I wondered what those surprise cases were that were standing around. It was only when I did some research on the Internet that I found out what they were all about. Because up to now I haven't received any Märkli at the till, even though I would have had 3 or 2 in the last four days (family household) ...! Do you have to ask for them now? I've usually been given the football pictures without being asked, even though neither I nor the rest of the family can do anything with them.

Hello @Nessie_66

We try to communicate the promotions using various advertising materials inside and outside the stores so that customers are informed about them in good time.

We are extremely sorry that you did not find out about the promotion with the surprise cases in good time and therefore did not receive the stickers.

So that means that if you don't inform yourself, you won't get anything? But hello???

Hello @Nessie_66

In principle, the sales staff should actively offer you the stickers. Unfortunately, this cannot always be guaranteed. We will be happy to provide further training. If in doubt, however, it is always worth asking the checkout staff about current promotions.

Kind regards

Christian

The surprise box was a real surprise! Lots of packaging and no contents. If at all, the stamp should be issued from 5 Chf. The products had a maximum value of 10 Chf. and to top it all off, there were coupons for products that I don't buy or rarely buy.
