Since Migros added Ragusa to its range, the own brand called Tresella is unfortunately no longer available. I think Tresella tastes much better than the branded product Ragusa. And it reminds me of my teenage years. I used to pick up my girlfriend from the station and we would eat a Tresella on a bench on the way;-)....

Thank you very much for your comments. Unfortunately, there is only limited space on the Migros shelves. In order to introduce new innovative products or products requested by customers, products sometimes have to be discontinued. We are sorry that Tresella has been affected. In most cases, products that are less popular with customers are replaced where possible.
However, I will be happy to pass on your request to those responsible. Perhaps there are more people who would like Tresella back.

I'm also in favor of Migros returning to its own brands and throwing the run-of-the-mill chocolate bars that are available everywhere out of the range. By the way, this doesn't just apply to chocolate bars!
We also say quite clearly that Ragusa can disappear from Migros again. Tresella has a much better taste, is less sweet and has more nuts. It's better to have more own brands than branded products, which are more expensive but not necessarily better and are available at almost every corner.
After all, it is the own brands that have made Migros great and set it apart from the competition.
So please bring back the Tresella!

I understand your annoyance at the standard reply above - it's easy to get the feeling that you're not being listened to, that you're being brushed off. However, I would like to emphasize that this is certainly not the case here.
The standard answer saves us some time, which we can then invest in solving the problem. In other words: Your Tresella feedback is sure to end up with the person responsible for the product as quickly as possible.
With this in mind, the standard answers (which are adapted to the respective question whenever possible) will hopefully no longer be quite so annoying.
