However, the plastic can take on the odor of strong smelling food, even in the dishwasher. However, the odor disappears again after repeated cleaning. The answer is absolutely unsatisfactory for me and makes no sense. Especially when I and you now know exactly that strong-smelling foodstuffs remain in the Topline lid. As a result, it also smells in the fridge. It does me no good if the smell in the lid only disappears after repeated cleaning. Ergo, it is not airtight! I would like to use the Topline with glass at all times and not wash the lid several times in the dishwasher until it smells neutral. I will probably have to switch to a different brand in future.

I can no longer stack them properly because the lids have become so soft and they empty out much more quickly. Transportation no longer possible! Please switch back to the old lids, which closed perfectly, thank you!

I can no longer stack them properly because the lids have become so soft and they empty much faster. Transportation no longer possible. Hi Seekay, I'm sorry you're not happy with the new lids. I have forwarded your feedback to the specialist department. The lids actually hold very well, if you press on the lid after filling and create a vacuum, they are even leak-proof (provided the food has cooled down and the lid and the outer wall of the glass jar are clean and grease-free). Unfortunately, the old plastic lids were not, even if many customers assumed they were. The glass lid could also be used for stacking in the fridge. The glass dishes are primarily intended for use at home, not for transportation. This is simply due to the fact that it is glass and therefore fragile. It can also happen that the silicone/plastic lid is lifted during transport and the food leaks out. Kind regards, Sina
