We have had this problem in the past with the 32 pack. However, it was resolved at the time.
It can happen in rare cases that when the paper is replenished or repositioned in the warehouse or store, the carrying handle is slightly overstretched.
Nevertheless, the person responsible is addressing the problem again with our supplier in order to rule out a recurrence of the problem.

That's nothing, in my case. I once broke the handleof a pack of beer in a Coop store - 15 glass bottles of 33 cl each! Luckily for me, it happened in the exit area of the store and not, for example, at home in the elevator... ?
It's really stupid when Coop issues such packaging.
A good colleague of mine is a warehouse clerk and is also annoyed by the wine cartons. He has had exactly this kind of experience himself in the warehouse.
My concern is not about carrying handles, but that the whole pack opened.
Just tell the manufacturer to please check this. The problem of carrying handles is known everywhere.

We also bought a pack of toilet paper on sale this week. I was about to put the pack in the shopping cart, but then I saw that the "seam" on one side was completely open. In general, the packaging didn't really seem ideal, even though it was the Soft Deluxe in a pack of 24.
At some Migros you can take it outside or I think you even have to. One of them got a crack but didn't open.
Well, wait for feedback, have a dry day and buy some barbecue stuff for the 24.12 ?
