Dear Migros
I and many vegetarians and part-time vegetarians would like to buy TEMPEH in Migros.
It would also be great if there were dried soy beans and mung beans (in bags such as lentils, chickpeas, etc.) in Migros.
I like the organic tofu from Migros, but it would be great if normal tofu was offered in larger blocks or at a lower price.

I have to admit, I had never heard of tempeh until just now. However, I can well imagine that other vegetarians would also be delighted to find this Indonesian dish on the Migros shelves.
I will therefore be happy to pass on your request to the people responsible and they will consider your suggestion.

Tempeh is comparable to tofu. Tempeh is a traditional fermentation product made from cooked soybeans, which is created by adding various fungal cultures.
In Asia, the refrigerated shelves of supermarkets are full of tempeh and tofu products.

Like other pulses (lentils, chickpeas, yellow peas), mung beans and soybeans are often used in Indian cuisine, for example.

Jaaaaa Biiiiiiiiittttte introduces tempeh! In addition, tempeh has a lot more protein than tofu and is also good for digestion! This product is probably also good for the new diet form where you eat a lot of protein (at least I assume as I don't know these forms...) But as a vegan I would also be dependent on a product with a lot of protein as a substitute and since it is only available to a limited extent in certain health food stores so far, it would be great to see it on the Migros shelf soon!

There are even producers in Switzerland (I know of at least one) for tempeh, tofu and seitan =>Futur- Tofu in Frutigen!
This means that Migros could certainly produce it themselves in their dairy department! Otherwise, tempeh is often imported from Holland, but as I know from the stores where I've stocked up so far, it's quite a hassle because the delivery doesn't work well! That's why I now just drive to Bern once a week or every 2 weeks and go to the organic store to buy tempeh (and then of course other stuff too) :-)! But it would be great if I could buy tempeh and possibly seitan in larger M stores in Basel :-)!!!!

More soy products such as tofu, tempeh, seitan, which are not overly processed like these vegi patties, vegi sausages etc. would be really great. Also in larger blocks or portions, so that the price per 100g wouldn't be as high as it is with the current products.
What's more, many Asians in my part of town would also enjoy the expansion of this range in Migros.
And as both part-time and full-time vegetarian communities are growing, increasing demand and sales are guaranteed.

Yes - please add tempeh to the range. I've often bought tempeh in America, it's super tasty and I love the texture.

in addition to dried soy beans, edamame (e.g. in the freezer section?) would also be very desirable:-)

Oh yes, tempe (in Indonesia without the h at the end, by the way ;-) would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As tempeh has much more flavor than tofu, salting and frying is enough to make it delicious.
But please only use fresh tempeh and not the jarred version. This is not really edible!
