I am a passionate tea drinker. In the hot months, however, I don't like to drink hot tea or have to let it cool down. Once I found tea bags for cold water in different flavors at the competition. I really like these because I avoid sweet drinks. Couldn't you add these tea bags to your range? Even if only in summer, I would be very happy about it.

A few years ago, Miogros had cold brew teas in its range in the summer. They went under the name "Cold" and were from the Tetley brand. There were at least two varieties. However, these teas sold so poorly that they had to be taken out of the range.

Cold bags are not currently being planned, but the topic is on the radar of the product managers.
The Alpenglanz tea from Swiss Alpine Herb is very suitable for cold brewing. However, the infusion time increases by up to an hour, so you have to go with your own taste and try out what suits you best. To shorten the infusion time, you can also increase the quantity of tea bags.
Alternatively, the entire Migros tea range can be brewed hot - also with more tea bags and then chilled or poured over a few ice cubes. The tea should be drunk within a day - this preserves the quality and taste.

Thank you Nicole for your reply. I will be happy to try the Swiss Alpine Herbs tea. Otherwise I have to brew the tea hot. Perhaps one day there will be a good fruit tea to infuse cold?

Hello, I found this Coldbrew - Brews in cold water tea at my friends in the USA. Unfortunately, I can't find a similar tea here in Switzerland. Since I've come across this tea, I always take heaps of this cold brew tea with me. I have to let the tea steep in cold water for about 5-10 minutes. The aroma is very intense but not bitter like you get with black tea if it steeps too long. It would be a nice idea to find such tea in Migros. Kind regards Sascha

Messmer now offers 'cold tea for the water bottle' in 2 varieties. I tried lemon-mint, which is good and practical.
