After my trip to the USA, I really miss sweet potato fries in Switzerland. Unfortunately, there is no Tk product made from sweet potatoes, even though they are very popular and healthy. Wouldn't that be another product gap...?

...and until they are available in the frozen version, you can easily make them yourself:
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into chips and mix with olive oil. Then add the Parmesan, herbs and salt and mix well.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven (180° hot air) for 20-25 minutes.
You can of course leave out the parmesan... It tastes really good :-)!
