In the past, there was the "sweet shortcrust pastry" a Bloc, like the cake dough. Unfortunately, the new rolled out dough doesn't stand up to comparison. The dough is different, not sweet enough, rolled out too thinly and tastes like a copy of the a Bloc dough. Too bad. After my daughter in Lyss noticed the same thing and wrote to Migros there, the original a Bloc dough was reintroduced. Would also be good here in Chur. Otherwise I'll have to say goodbye to this dough forever!
