Hello, who has already tried the new Sternsammler app?
For me, the app crashes every 2nd time, or says "no connection to the server", or the app says "image not recognized" when I take a photo of a flyer, advertisement in the newspaper or poster.
That's annoying!!!

In the "Terms and conditions of participation" under "Further provisions" it says the following:
"The winners will be notified immediately by e-mail. If the winner does not respond to the winning e-mail sent to them within six months, the prize will be forfeited without substitution."

Thanks for the hint! I read that too, but where and how to report it! To the M-Infoline, to the customer service of my Migros, ...and by letter, by e-mail, by phone or perhaps in person? It doesn't say that anywhere. Not in the mail, not in the app and not on the website.

It's best to reply straight away to the email notifying you of your win. Then your response will reach the right people and you will find out everything else.

I would love to. But the mail came from "no-reply@migros.ch". As far as I know, you can't reply to it (no-reply) or am I wrong?
