The rush was really extremely high and the inquiries for all areas (SportXX, Do It + Garden etc.) are coming together in one place. On Friday, May 8, the line was either unavailable or I was kicked off after 10 minutes. Today, Monday 11th May, they are saying again that the hotline is not working. Now 3rd attempt with the contact form. I just feel absolutely helpless as I simply can't get in touch with Migros! Perhaps you have another channel? It would be nice if someone would answer me or if I could get someone who is also responsible on the line. Have a good week

Hello @zimmo We should know when and at which branch you returned the parcel. You should also have the Track & Trace number from Swiss Post in the SMS you received from PickMup. You can use this to see where your parcel is. best regards Sebastian
The customer service is not only lousy at Sport xx, M electronics is also abysmal - no one ever picks up the phone, presumably because of the many complaints M electronics is also such an ailing Migros company that they are fed through

The first employee had no idea, so I went back the next day. The employee in charge then explained to me that there is no number for escalation at the post office and that they don't know what you are posting. I have attached a picture of my SMS in my first post. There is a number, but it doesn't say anything for the post office or PickMup. So it's probably also a problem with PickMup. But I'll be making another pilgrimage to the Frick branch today. I still haven't heard anything from customer service. My parcel is probably lost somewhere, there's no doubt about that. Hello zimmo, I recently had a number like that that wasn't from the post office. And the post office couldn't tell me where it was from either. Have you ever entered your number into the tracking service of other transport companies (DHL, ...) before you take another long journey in vain?
