Spinach spaetzli is currently only available in the GMAA with the ADR label. There are no plans for anything nationally at the moment. I hope you are near a GMAA and can try them out! Best regards, Nicole

As a consolation, I took a picture of the Seeland spinach spaetzli (Center Brügg, Aare) on a Grisons flag.
I can bring you some when I get lost in Sommerau in Chur!
