Skyr

Dear Migros and dear development team at Elsa. My boyfriend and I traveled through Iceland and are now addicted to skyr (in 17 days we ate about 20 kg of skyr). It is a super trendy dairy product with a high protein and low fat content and is usually naturally sweetened; with fruit or stevia or sometimes artificially (depending on the product). Our favorite is the blueberry & raspberry skyr (2 and 6 % respectively). The skyr culture is probably highly secret... But because the Migros industry is the best at copying products, we thought that developing a Migros skyr would be the ideal challenge for the dairy industry!
We know that there are 4 of the countless Skyr flavors available at Globus as well as at our competitors Manor and Coop. The 4 flavors Nature, Blueberry, Strawberry and Vanilla are all produced in Slefoss, the headquarters of the skyr-producing company in Iceland (ms) and (presumably) brought to Switzerland by plane. That's cool... But completely unecological. Migros with Generation M & us from here can surely make a Migros skyr from Swiss milk...! We would be top customers. Right from the start! What do you think? Best regards
