Shirataki noodles consist largely of water and the high-fiber flour (glucomannans) of the konjac root (devil's tongue). Traditional Shirataki noodles therefore contain no rapidly digestible carbohydrates and are gluten-free, making them suitable for a low-carb diet and for appropriate diets.
For people on a low carb/ketogenic or simply "leger" diet, this is a perfect side dish. For Migros, which is THE place to go for low carbers and ketogenics with its Léger products, this would be the logical next step in my view.
Like glass noodles, they don't have their own flavor, but take on that of the sauce of the main meal.
