We have already received several customer responses regarding replacement napkins and are aware of the demand. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to offer replacement napkins for the dispenser.
The napkins are currently being developed and are expected to be available in the larger Migros stores from September 2016.
I hope you have a little patience.

Sorry, but then the dispensers shouldn't have been sold until September 16.
I didn't buy the thing just to look at it.
When you buy a printer, you also expect to be able to buy the corresponding cartridges.
Just cash in and the customer can cut the napkins to size themselves. ..... I'm really disappointed with this kind of sales strategy.

Yes, you're right, that is annoying. I can understand that very well: I actually have one like that and am temporarily without napkins... There's obviously been a mistake, we're sorry about that. I hope that - even if the refill material unfortunately arrives a little later than we would like - you will still enjoy your cult napkin dispenser in the long term.

In the meantime, I'll go by the motto:

.... unfortunately the reason why I have not yet bought such a dispenser... :-(
Is the "napkin delivery" guaranteed by September?
The plates, etc. would be ideal for the vacation apartment .... :-)
What are the dimensions of the napkins (folded and unfolded)? Perhaps you could find a source of supply on the net to tide you over.
...to be honest, the napkins in the dispenser should also be of a slightly better quality (more tear-resistant) for my taste... ;-)

Hello everyone
From September, napkins measuring 13cm x 8.5cm (folded) will be included in our standard range. The product manager confirmed this to me earlier.
The quality will also be stronger and therefore better.

I find it really unbelievable that there are no replacement napkins and that you are put off until September! This is not exactly image-enhancing for Migros. Please let us know where we can buy these napkins in this size or order them online. Thank you very much.
