Problems with Android with M app for approx. 2 weeks

Seit ca. 2 Wochen Probleme mit Android mit M-App

For about 2 weeks now, the "M" has appeared on my Andorid smartphone when new actions are announced. Further problems are listed below.
1. when I select the "M", "No notifications" appears.
2. the latest promotions are also not available - today (02.06.2014) the old promotions from last week are still available. I previously received the promotions for the new week on Sunday.
3. the Cumulus points are displayed incorrectly.
4. my shopping list is not updated with the new promotions

Possible troubleshooting (my suggestion):
- Checked the settings, everything seems to be OK for me
- WLAN connection no problem (at work and at home)
- Smartphone (S4) works perfectly
- Operation via M-Budget - prepaid

Should the app be deleted and reloaded?
=> Would mean a lot of effort (and trouble) to re-record all settings/shopping lists.
