Hello I really appreciate certain products from Migros. But I think protective masks are a must and Aldi is already selling them tomorrow Migros is waiting again. Then you go to where the masks are on offer and I'm sure a lot of Swiss people will do the same, there will be a rush on aldi and then other purchases will also be made there. Do Yt and Galsxus deliver too late anyway if I order them on Friday I might have them on Wednesday if it goes well Galscus advertises that deliveries take longer than normal. I find it somewhat strange that Aldi and Lidl are able to state the prices for the protective masks and deliver them immediately, while the Swiss competitors Migros and Coop only talk about fair prices. the obligation by the Federal Council to sell the masks at cost price should actually make it possible to announce exact prices and exact delivery dates immediately, even if the path from purchase to delivery to the customer obviously takes longer for the Swiss than for the German competition.

Otherwise, they are not (yet) compulsory for private individuals. If you want peace of mind once and for all, I suggest you invest a little in fabric masks when you receive your monthly salary: https://produkte.migros.ch/gummikordel-weiss + https://produkte.migros.ch/gazetuecher-weiss-60x60 Put a knotted cord around each side of a lengthwise folded cloth and fold the fabric in from the right and left, and the mask is ready. So for Fr. 14.25 you are covered with 6 masks made of organic cotton, which dry again super quickly after washing. You don't need more than 6 a day, do you?

But just a mask "for hoarding" or because you now often see them on TV in neighboring countries... No thanks... I'm thinking of Kurz - Kogler's Punch and Judy appearances on AT television ...and then Kogler isn't even able to put the mask on properly.... ;-)

That's right, your thesis is correct if those with a real medical problem don't go to the GP and only people who simply believe they are ill are to be found there...
I don't begrudge anyone their masks, but when I look at this group of four on Austrian television, who have held 62 press conferences to date, march up in a column of one with a mask and then take off the mask (take it off wrong and put it back on wrong when leaving the press room), yes, I prefer the Swiss sobriety with their Daniel Koch a thousand times.... :-)
the BAG with Mr. Koch did not want us all to wear masks ... also because there were too few in the federal warehouses (but that's another matter)... in some countries it is now compulsory to wear them, but not here ... I also belong to the risk group and last week I had to help organize a move for an elderly (89) and even more risky person ... it was also really difficult for me to organize some of the right masks ... why probably ... because of the BAG ... the people from the wholesale trade were afraid to sit on their masks and sold them abroad ... we owe the whole puff to the BAG ... and the dear pandemic experts who only wrote down recommendations in 2014 and no strict action plan with responsibilities and deadlines etc. ... the fact that Aldi can now offer masks in Switzerland is also due to the structure of Aldi ... unlike Migros, Aldi is in business almost worldwide.

Hi Schmiri, The problem is that the masks sold by Migros are not all from the federal government, but we only find that out later through television. If the prices had been announced, Migros would have been stuck with its worthless junk.
