Collection campaigns - who likes to be patronized?

Sammelaktionen - wer lässt sich schon gern bevormunden?

I always find Migros collection campaigns quite funny. I can't do anything with the Animal Planet thing, but if children like it, it's nice.

But Migros' policy of "don't give stamps or stickers to customers who ask other customers for them" is a joke. If someone does a lot of shopping, doesn't need the stamps or stickers and someone is standing behind you and then asks if they can have the stamps/stickers, it can't be that the checkout staff say "no, we can't give that to the other customer". Hello? Migros couldn't care less who gets stamps or stickers, where's the "customer is king" thing again? And does Migros really believe that customers like to be patronized? If the lady or gentleman in front of you is so nice and wants to give the person behind you their stamps, then he/she should be allowed to do so. So please, Migros is making a real fool of itself with this kind of posturing and is even annoying customers who don't even need stamps or stickers. And no, I'm not writing this because something like this would have happened to me, but I just followed a discussion and found it really ridiculous what Migros is doing. Nobody automatically buys more just because they're not allowed to take stickers from the others. By the same logic, you would also have to prosecute all the people on Ricardo, Tutti, etc. who are still selling their stickers so cheekily. Or by the same principle, there should be no swap groups on FB. Oh man, dear management, please come down and leave the stamps or stickers to those who want them. That will win you two happy customers. Customer 1 is happy because he was able to make someone happy, and customer 2 is happy because he got stamps or stickers. Both think "oh, great" and go back to Migros.

When the cashier is not allowed to give customer 2 customer 1's tokens, customer 2 is annoyed by the nonsense and customer 1 is annoyed by this nonsensical rule and gives up collecting. Two unhappy customers, does that really help you?
