As an allergy sufferer, I have been baking my own bread for many years. Migros rye flour was a great flour for making sourdough . Suddenly it is taken out of the assortment , but there are many new FERTIG mixtures . Rye flour (not wholemeal) is one of the basic flours and should always be in the range. I am from Muttenz (Rothausstrasse) and drove all the way to Dreispitz Basel, but even there it was no longer in the range. Can you at least give me an explanation? ....
