I miss the delicious quark Birchermüesli and the delicious filled Hüppen in the red bag that used to be available. The delicious Rustica bread with grains is also no longer available.
I can't understand why items that are doing well are always taken out of the range.

These are probably products that have been downgraded due to low demand and are therefore no longer available in some stores. But you can get Potz XPert PowerGel in all stores, even if you only need it very rarely.

Sales figures are an important criterion for us. They show us how popular a product is compared to other products in the same range. They are also an indication of the needs and wishes of our customers.
However, they are not the only criterion for discontinuing a product: sometimes, for example, a supplier no longer manufactures a product. This forces us to remove it from the range and - if possible - replace it with an alternative.
Can you tell me which region you buy from? When it comes to bread, we offer around 200 different types of bread throughout Switzerland. The range can vary depending on the region and the size of the stores. I would like to ask the right cooperative directly why Rustica bread is no longer available.

Can you tell me which region you shop in? I shop in the Aare/Solothurn region, mainly in Buchs Aargau. There is a substitute, but it never comes close to the "old" one, unfortunately.
What about the delicious Quarkbirchermüesli, why is this product no longer available or the delicious filled Gaufrettes? Incidentally, these were available throughout Switzerland and have suddenly disappeared.

I have received the following feedback about the Rustico and the Hüppen:
The Pane Passione Rustico has been removed from the Migros Aare Cooperative range due to lack of demand. Unfortunately, acceptance among our customers was too low, which is why this step was unavoidable.
We can recommend the following bread as an alternative:
Crusta Baguette - available at MMM Buchs
The filled Hüppen have also been discontinued throughout Switzerland due to a lack of demand.
I am still waiting for feedback on the quark Birchermüesli, but I should receive this soon. Please excuse the wait.

Now I finally have the feedback on the Oh! muesli (these are the only quark-like muesli we have in our range):
Unfortunately, we also had to remove these from the range because these variants were not particularly well received.

Yesterday I was very disappointed to learn in our Migros branch that PANE PASSIONE RUSTICO
is no longer available !!! I always thought to myself in the last time, maybe I came too late and therefore it no longer has my favorite bread, until I got the bad news from our Migros baker.
For years we bought and ate this bread every day.
It was also sold out very quickly in our branch! On Saturdays I even had to go to the store twice to buy the bread because it was sold out. Demand was very high here in Zurich Oerlikon. BIO bread (Twister Rustico) cannot be called an alternative as well as Crusta Baquette.
It was a very bad idea to remove this bread from the range!

If you don't like the Twister Rustico as much, maybe it's worth trying our "Pane rustico gluten-free aha!"?

None of these substitutes taste like the one I love. It's a shame that this bread is apparently no longer available in the Zurich area. Not everything new is always better or the same.

All of your suggestions are good. But not everyone wants organic bread, it's also more expensive. Advantages for Migros? I also recently heard in a medical program that people who are not gluten intolerant should not eat gluten-free foods.
