Simply add vanilla extract or vanilla essence, sweeten if necessary, and you're done.

You mean sweeten a natural yogurt with it? Thanks for the tip, I'll try it next time. Have you ever made this before? Does this homemade vanilla yoghurt taste good?

I only buy natural, including quark. That way I can decide for myself how sweet and what flavor.

No, I haven't tried lime (I assume you mean the Oh! protein yogurt lime). I'm going to try the Nature yogurt/quark myself first with the addition of vanilla, lemon, lime, cinnamon? These Oh! protein yoghurts are not my thing, I bought one once out of curiosity, but I'm not a fan of them.
