As many health-conscious people are now focusing on lean protein sources, I would like to ask whether it might be possible to include a fat-free cheese in the product range?
I was thinking of the Harzer-Roller with caraway that is so popular in our neighboring countries or the Handkäse.
I miss something like that in Migros.

The cheese does not necessarily have to be made in Switzerland, imported products are just as good.
The Harzer-Roller with caraway is probably the best known and most suitable for various consumer groups - the older generation is likely to know it and the younger ones are enthusiastic about the nutritional values. The fitness group in particular often talks about fat-free cheese.
Unfortunately, I can't find anything comparable in Migros; one product with similar nutritional values is "Zigerstöckli", but the taste and texture are completely different and the cheese from the Legère line is usually rubbery and, compared to Harzer, reduced-fat instead of fat-free.
