Danish pastry

Plunderteig

It would be great if Migros offered a ready-made Danish pastry. Preferably already rolled out, rectangular, like puff pastry. You could use it to conjure up all kinds of delicious treats: pain au chocolat, quark pastries, fruit Danish pastries, chocolate croissants, nut croissants and much more.... Yummi!

To warm this up... I wouldn't mind a poppy seed mixture or something along those lines. I'm always on the lookout too!

I am also in favor of the ready-made Danish pastry being included in the range

Danish pastry is probably the only thing I don't make myself, so a ready-made dough would be really great!

A vote for Danish pastry from me too!

Yes, I also think that Danish pastry is missing from the range!

Exactly! I always have to go to Germany to buy the poppy seed fix. Soooo tedious...! Why can you buy so few ingenious baking ingredients in Switzerland and in Germany you are almost overwhelmed by the huge range? I find the Swiss range of products in general simply backwoods and pathetic

Dear Migros, is the Danish pastry no longer in the range? I looked in vain for it last time when I wanted to make apple Danish pastry. That would be such a shame.

Dear@Celinem
Unfortunately, the dough has been removed from our range due to insufficient demand.
There is currently no alternative in our range.

I'm sorry that I don't have any better news for you.

Kind regards, Simone

What happened to the Danish pastry? Unfortunately it is still not available 6 years later...

Hello @nadjalusser

I have no idea, I always get "Guetzli" as a present or buy them myself. But I have a colleague who makes over 27 different types of biscuits and other baked goods. I almost think I know what a vanilla Danish pastry looks like.

She once mentioned something somewhere. And I also ask this question "why did it go out of the range?" Please bring it back, it worked with my spinach lasagne too.
Take out one of the not knowing how many puff pastries and you would be the first in Switzerland.

A word of love to all bakers. And those who would like to eat it?
