The introduction of the desired egg yolk would pose some challenges. The egg white has a lower fat content than the egg yolk. Using a special production process, it is therefore possible to produce the egg white unrefrigerated and with a relatively long shelf life. This helps us to keep product spoilage to a minimum. We offer the egg white on the egg shelf. An unrefrigerated version of the egg yolk is not (yet) available. This would then have to be placed in the cooler. Between the yogurts and the cheese, there is a risk that the product will not be well perceived. Even if there is a certain demand, customers may not find it. In addition, we would have a high spoilage rate because the shelf life would have to be kept very short. We are therefore refraining from introducing it at the moment. Kind regards, Angela
