Since you can't use the search function for the forum (I get baby oil displayed ^^) and therefore don't know if this has already been asked, I'll just ask.
I was in Migros Oberwil BL today and was thrilled to find psyllium husks and hemp seeds. I was also able to find hazelnut oil. Big praise to Migros in any case. Thank you very much.
What I really miss is MCT oil /C8 oil. I would rather buy it here than abroad/internet.
Simply a really high quality one would be nice.
Also a mayonnaise made from alternative oil (not sunflower oil and not half-and-half with sunflower oil).
There is, for example, a mayonnaise made from avocado oil from Primal Kitchen
And finally, alternatives to sugar.
How about an offer of Erythritol and Xylitol?
These things would not only be perfect for the paleo/low carb/ketogenic target group but also for everyone else who wants to do something good for themselves ;)

@Sefja. Stevia glycosides are available as an alternative in many stores.
There are many high-quality oils in Migros,
from olive oil to rapeseed, linseed, sesame, grapeseed, pumpkin seed, walnut, hazelnut or safflower oil.
However, the best quality is probably still the good raw materials: avocado, coconut or seeds and nuts.

@KurumiSteviaI tried and bought it in various forms a few years ago. I still have some today. I don't like the bitter aftertaste at all. I use the stevia leaves in tea.
Olive oil, rapeseed oil, safflower oil - no thanks. Besides, I don't want it in my coffee or my chocolate...
I have bought hazelnut oil and I use coconut oil and butter every day. I would like to try avocado oil.
I'm not looking for suggestions on what I can use instead... but about being able to buy the things mentioned in Migros.

Short description of Primal State as I don't feel like explaining it myself:

Question: Is that still Paleo then? I would avoid any processing step if possible. Eat whole foods instead of extracts. There are usually many other substances that are healthy and can have important effects.

But it is perfectly suitable for Paleo. Unless you're talking about the objection you mentioned. But even then it's up to you. But since I have to get by with 20g of carbohydrates (not from grains, in total and from everything), I need good fats. These are medium-chain and easily/quickly digested/metabolized. My body has to learn to change completely.
If you are still in your infancy, as you say, I would like to give you some advice: I have already tried to reduce carbohydrates to such an extent myself. It worked quite well for a while until I started to have serious problems. After about 2 years, I had to change the whole thing again and reintroduce carbohydrates - today on oats (only a little), parsnips, chestnuts, pumpkin and other various roots.
In any case, I wish you every success. But not everyone's body ticks in the same way and depending on your genetic blueprint, you should find the ideal diet for you, regardless of what any sources prescribe and suggest and say is healthy. I tried it out myself for years...
As I said, by no means intended as criticism of you and your plan, but as well-meant advice ?

Not a thing. You're absolutely right about that. I'm just looking to see if this form of nutrition is helpful for me. But with this unpopular method, it's neither easy nor quick. I also don't yet know how adaptive my body is in this respect. I reacted very well to Paleo. If it's nothing, is there enough else or just Paleo again?
I have reasons and intentions behind this health decision. But thanks for the well-intentioned advice.

Alternatives were a well-intentioned consideration on my part, as 99% of the time you won't find MCT oil in Migros.
Also, I wasn't sure what background you were coming from, because for me MCTs are unnatural concentrates that have little to do with the Paleo principle. I am also always critical of these "miracle products"; there are contradictory studies on the effect and effectiveness of MCTs.
However, I now believe that it is more about ketosis or the ketogenic diet than about paleo - ?
Perhaps the leshop offer will have more luck getting into the range. There are a lot more health and nutrition-specific products there.
