The "haru hana banana", which means "banana every day", would have to be sorted and packaged by hand, which would make the crooked fruit more expensive. In addition, the packaging would have to be disposed of for a product that is naturally packaged.

Just the idea @bluedog725 would be brilliant and I really think (I don't know exactly) that there would be a gap in the market in Switzerland.

I don't really want to "commit" to eating exactly one banana a day, but I would welcome it if fruit/vegetables were labeled with the degree of ripeness. For pre-packed fruit, this would be the degree of ripeness on the packaging date; for open fruit, the date would have to be on the label with the number or directly on the fruit. That way, people are less tempted to press on the fruit or twist the melons around by the stem...
Also a good idea for those who don't want to eat the same fruit every day (in this case bananas).
With pre-packaged fruit I would think it would be easy to implement, with circumstances, but it would be possible.
With open fruit I think (maybe I'm thinking wrong again) it would be much more difficult to implement.

We find the concept fundamentally exciting, even if it has never been looked at or tested in detail before.
However, as @Frederica has already written, the fact that the banana is already naturally protected by the peel speaks against it. In our view, it does not make much sense to pack them again.

Packing bananas that are already protected by the peel. Are the higher ups not aware that bananas are already packaged on the shelf? Then you can be forgiven for your ignorance. Otherwise they should please bring other arguments.
Or come in here in person and take a stand themselves. (I'm sure they have smartphones and plenty of breaks).
