Hello, the question is already answered in the rest of the discussion, the sauerkraut is unfortunately not really raw, but may be called raw if it is pasteurized instead of cooked ... As I am interested in the probiotic effect of sauerkraut, I continue to make it myself. Migros sells a really raw sauerkraut in valve bags in the fall, but it's not organic quality.
