This article hits the nail on the head: http://www.blick.ch/news/wirtschaft/oeko-unsinn-beim-bio-gemuese-warum-migros-und-coop-alles-verpacken-id4493742.html
From the article:"Eco-nonsense with organic vegetables. Why Migros and Coop package everythingOrganic vegetablesare mostly sold in large units in Switzerland. This is a problem for one-person households."
I would also like to see:
- Organic vegetables should be sold individually and unpackaged whenever possible.
- smaller units are packaged where the organic stickers don't stick. Not always these mega packs.
It's annoying when I'm forced to always buy 3 organic pepperonis etc., for example.
