Some stores have installed new checkout systems at the attended checkouts. I think they're great because you can now see all the items/promotions etc. that have been scanned.
But when you scan the Cumulus card, it only shows very briefly that the Cumulus card has been scanned, after which the customer can no longer see it.
It would be great if you could see a picture or something that shows that the Cumulus card has been captured.
Even the digital vouchers that have been activated are not visible to the customer.
Wouldn't it be technically possible for customers to see all these things? Then you could also see the activated/digital vouchers and you wouldn't have to ask, or the staff would occasionally mention that you have activated vouchers digitally.
It would be great if that were possible.
