Just as there is the Léger line for less fat in the products, I think a line with less sugar would be great. These products should also differ in taste from others, i.e. be less sweet. Possible products could include yogurts, muesli, cocktails, fruit juices, etc.

The Léger line is/was both, less/no fat and sweetener. It doesn't need high protein because you can switch to Léger cheese. Unfortunately, a lot of things have been removed, such as the brilliant Léger Brie, Camembert, cottage cheese, many yogurts, ice cream (there were so many varieties), .................... - it's just a shame and incomprehensible................

I would also welcome it if there were more products and/or a product line that contained less sugar... But in my opinion, Migros seems to be following the vegan and high protein trend at the moment...
As I understand it, Migros does want to reduce the sugar and salt content in some products, but slowly (!) and gradually. I think the suggestion of a line for people who can (already) manage with less sweetness and/or salt is a good one. I also think it makes sense that there is no requirement that the product should taste the same as the standard product. However, there would have to be additional products. It's not about taking away someone's favorite sweet product, but simply about ensuring that those people who can do well with less sweetness/salt don't "have" to eat sweeter/saltier than they like. Products with less or no sugar but the same sweetness as the current standard (especially artificially sweetened products) certainly have a place alongside them.

Nevertheless, many good low-sugar products have been taken out of the range or changed (suddenly contain more sugar) The Léger chocolate yoghurts, for example, are suddenly no longer available. The same applies to the Bifidus 0% vanilla yoghurts which have also been removed from the range, replaced by Nestle products with a high sugar content. It is also a shame that the Grapefruit Zero, which previously had 0g of carbohydrates, now has 2.5g per 2.5dl, which is not so great for diabetics.

In most Léger products, the calorie reduction was achieved through fat reduction, but there were also some with less carbohydrates/sugar, or a combination of both. A special sugar-reduced line is not currently planned, but Migros is aware of its responsibility with regard to food recipes and is constantly working on recipe improvements in its own-brand range. This involves defining various selected product ranges in which, for example, a reduction in sugar is being targeted and implemented (e.g. sugar reduction in yogurts and cereals, etc.). In addition, there are already many products in our wide range with no added sugar, e.g. muesli & cereals with no added sugar, dairy products with no added sugar, chocolate with no added sugar. They were rated using the Australian rating system (should be seen as a model, the other rating systems are based on this). Oh wonder on average 60% 👎 ice cream/sweets 99% 👎 (Logical... ) Coffee is also bad... Nestlé is working on it and wants to adapt some things to the new wishes of customers for healthy food. I'm curious and hope it will be really good.
