I think it's almost cheeky that you're forced to install the Migros app first so that you can collect points for the new Mania. Stop it already, there are people who don't have a smartphone or simply don't want to have everything on their cell phone. It would be very decent of Migros if Mania were accessible to everyone !!!!

Yes, I think it's a shame too, I had several people collecting for us before. And you can't buy them at "full price" without points either... :( However, the story of the figure we have is really loveless... Still with text by and illustration by (????) and boringly rattled off in High German... I strongly suspect the recordings were already made/used for something else. Well, you don't have any more space for more figures anyway and we've now decided to give our junior the Toonie Box for Christmas. It's more stable and there are different figures to choose from. The basic idea was great, as was the initial implementation, but the Disney stuff... Too bad.

Well, Migros has no qualms about using children to lure parents into the store to increase sales.
And now Migros has come up with the glorious idea of using the same method to encourage more app installations so that data can be collected from more customers. The Migros app was not primarily created to offer customers added value; Migros is much more interested in the possibilities of collecting data about its customers. This can also be seen in other discussions here in the forum, where Migros steadfastly refuses to activate functions that would mean real added value for customers, but none for Migros.

Thank you all for your sincere opinions. With Disney Magic Stories, we want to target families and reward them for their loyalty with the popular radio play characters. The Migros app is already very popular and widespread among our customers, with families in particular using the app.
The stamp card is also already well established. With the Disney Magic Stories characters, we are telling new stories for our radio play fans who are already using the Migros Play app and the audio box with the necessary software and are tech-savvy.
We take your comments to heart and will incorporate them into the planning of future campaigns.

I also think it's pretty bad that you can only collect with the app. We had lots of people who collected for us. This is no longer possible. I could make the app appealing to my mother. But the many others? It's just embarrassing and unfair.

@pandemonium so much for "D Migros ghört de Lüt" . More like "Migros belongs to the Internet". But it's no use complaining anyway if "the people" have nothing to say ;-)

@pandemonium That's probably one of the reasons why Migros is once again being so customer-unfriendly: With the app compulsion, you can no longer collect for others, so Migros has to give away significantly fewer figures for free. This shows once again that Migros' interests come before the interests of its customers!

I've already heard in some stores how even the staff get upset with each other. The staff at the checkout always get a "shit" when customers (those without smartphones) complain. So the management can really think about who brings "them" the money and how much their staff is worth to them.

as i strongly suspect that some of the staff were making a mischief with the stickers that were not distributed or not requested (sale on the internet, etc.), a stop was put to this.
