M-Topline cling tin lid

M-Topline Frischhalte Dose Deckel

Hello, I've long missed the fact that you can buy the lids of these food storage containers separately, as they wear out much more when you open and close them. In our Migros I was told that I could return the whole tin and get a replacement. However, I find it very tedious when I always have to bring the boxes back, at the customer service desk they take out a thick folder, look for the right item and laboriously fill out a return slip with all the trimmings. Then the new cling film can is sent to you by post.
Please let us buy the lids separately as spare parts.

Hello everyone, for space reasons we do not offer individual parts for sale in Migros stores. However, you have the option of purchasing replacement lids for Topline items directly from the manufacturer against invoice. I would be happy to give you the e-mail address you can use to place your orderkönnt:mtopline@rotho.ch

@Traberli, unfortunately I can't answer your question in principle. Which lid exactly does not hold? Please give me the exact name of the Topline product or even the article number, if you have one.

Best regards, Heidi

@heidi

Hmhm, they do last, but I would be happy if they were more stable.
Because the lids have a much shorter lifespan.

The microwave containers, white, red lids (in promotions also colored lids :-) ).
I don't have an article number. And I can't find them on the website. Are they no longer in the range?
Because I have just seen more expensive ones with 4x click fasteners. They look very sturdy.

I have:
Bowl small & large, shallower bowl like deep plate and the menu plate with dividers.

The lids tend to break and crack. The white part in the lid for ventilation when warming up likes to come loose and fall out.
Entire lid gr bowl extremely difficult to close.
But, unfortunately: lids become very loose over time and fall off. And / or the lids no longer seal tightly enough after a few uses.

I know they are without a seal, but they are surprisingly tight when new. They simply become very loose after use.

@Kathrin_Migros

That's a really great service! I didn't know that, thank you very much for the information. I'm a huge fan of the Topline products ?

Hello @Traberli, please contact customer service directly at the store with the affected products. They will then arrange everything for clarification and replacement. Best regards, Sina
