We have a bakery chain where you can find out about the ingredients. They have a folder where you can check. - Would that also be an option for Migros, for the people for whom this is important? Especially where there is an in-house bakery. It will be more difficult for the other branches.
Or Lidl Germany has a notice next to the shelf with all the information. Coop prints it on the back of the price tag (ingredients and nutritional values)

The composition of the breads only differs if you buy from different cooperatives with other in-house bakeries, e.g. GMOS or GMBS. For all other cooperatives, the in-house bakery JOWA is responsible. The ingredients are the same there.

Turning to the store staff is often associated with a bit of mockery... I don't think it's so customer-friendly, Migros knows the data, so they could put up a notice or something.
