About 2 years ago, I entered a request with the reference #20150910-0570 regarding the simplification of the payment process via MigrosApp. At that time, I received the answer that this process cannot currently be simplified. That's why I'm now trying again.
Today's Migros process:
- Open Migros app and switch to wallet
- Scan the QR code from Cumulus
- Log in to "Mobile payment" (fingerprint)
- Select card
- Have the QR code scanned from the card
- Done...
Today's process at Coop with Twint:
- Open the Twint app
- Log in (fingerprint)
- Select "Pay now" and hold iPhone near Beacon
- Done! Payment incl. Supercard points
My conclusion is that I prefer to pay without the app, i.e. by credit card (contact-less). I don't want to make the checkout staff, the queue behind me and certainly not myself wait. I also "enjoy" every payment process at Coop ;-)
What is the status of the improved payment process with the Migros app? Or is this process not a priority for you because it is not used at all?
