I am now almost half an hour to insure my Milka free packet. I have answered all the questions only to find out at the end that I have to pay postage for the Milka "free" package. This is very disappointing. It's no wonder Migros has so many problems.
I honestly don't want to offend you or anyone else who is reading this, but PLEASE educate yourself about cyber security if you use a computer, cell phone or tablet and the Internet...!
You are doing yourself the biggest favor and saving nerves, data and possibly money.
Keep up with the times and raise your awareness or perhaps don't use the Internet at all.

i really recommend all those who are not quite so sensitized to this topic to attend a course or similar for self-protection.
never give out your data on the internet and never forget: nothing is free anymore... 🙃
