If I remember correctly, Swiss military chocolate has always been on sale around August 1st in recent years. I haven't seen it anywhere yet. Will they no longer be available this year?

I asked myself exactly the same thing yesterday when I was shopping!
I really miss the military chocolate and have been eagerly waiting for it?
It would be a real shame if this Of-Schoggi (it's the chocolate that was originally reserved for officers and occasionally non-commissioned officers! It has long since changed!) is no longer available?

They are also no longer produced by Migros (frey) but by someone else, and in my opinion they are just: the worst chocolate ever!!!

The fact that the army chocolate is no longer produced by Frey doesn't necessarily mean anything.
The army chocolates, the ones with the flakes but also the emergency portions (chocolate) have always been produced by different manufacturers!
All chocolate producers in Switzerland had to produce the army chocolates for the army, it was compulsory!
Did I have chocolates from Frey, Lindt, Stella etc. during my service?
I'm not sure whether and to what extent this still applies today?

According to "Denner-Woche", promotions valid from July 14, there is "army chocolate" at DENNER. These are not bars, but bars. Pack with 3x 50 grams.
