Hello Migipedia team I haven't found anything on the Migusto page or here in the forum on the subject, so I'm asking here. Is there a way to unsubscribe from the Migusto magazine, as it always ends up unread in my waste paper. To avoid unnecessary waste, this should be possible... Best regards Schpudelchen

Hello @Sebastian_Migros Your internal message has not had any effect so far (one year after your post). It's still in the FAQ, which is a shame.
Hi @_doris_ Thanks for your information. I've passed it on to the people responsible again straight away. best regards Sebastian

Hello _doris_ Good that you are so attentive. As already mentioned, I have reported this internally again. The FAQ will be taken offline shortly. On migusto.ch, however, the topic will be taken up again and better implemented. best regards Sebastian

Basically, I always find it difficult to find the right link on the Migros websites. Often it is text information as described in this thread. Why not simply link these pages directly in the text, e.g. in the FAQ. Here, for example, in the sentence "... Cumulus-Infoline online..." a link to this Cumulus-Infoline.

Hello, I have read all the comments and still can't find where and how to unsubscribe. I can't find a FAQ in Migusto.ch either. The 'search' only works when searching for recipes. It should be possible to find the information when I search for 'cancel Migusto', right? I am still unsuccessful.

Hi Kungmim17 You can unsubscribe from the Migusto via Cumulus-Infoline (by phone, via Whatsapp or via the contact form) right here: https://www.migros.ch/de/cumulus/ueber-cumulus/infoline.html Best regards, Marc
Hello @Nachtspalter I agree with you. The FAQ could really provide more detailed information on this point. I will pass this on internally. best regards Sebastian
Wow, a lot has happened.

I don't understand why they don't just link the "Online" in the FAQs. Online I can only find the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter, not the magazine.

In fact, the post is now linked: https://migusto.migros.ch/de/faq.html, very easy to find with a search engine of your choice and the right keywords. As promised, there is the online entry to the form linked in this thread. It is anything but intuitive to find and you don't have to select it, but you have to formulate your request. Normally, unsubscribing is only so difficult and hidden with payment services. :D

For all those who are also looking for something stupid: Migusto can be canceled directly in the account without a form https://login.migros.ch/profile/magazine Why this is not linked directly in the FAQ word is a mystery to me!
