Welcome to the Migros Play & Win summer promotion! From 14 May to 8 July 2024, we invite you to immerse yourself in our summery casual game. The game principle is simple: combine three or more identical game objects and collect up to three stars in each level. By collecting these stars, you have the chance to win various prizes.
You will receive one stamp for every CHF 10 you spend in every Migros store, at Migros partners, VOI and in Alnatura organic supermarkets (max. 10 stamps per day). After every eighth stamp or 16th level you get a chance to win a diamond, which can be redeemed on the wheel of fortune. Here is a screenshot: collect 13 stars (done, received coins) Above it says: 4/42 After the 13 stars I collected quite a few more yesterday and today, but they are not added up! There should be at least 28 stars by now!!! I won't take pictures of every single level! And now again, dear Cumulus-Infoline, I expect a response, thank you, especially since I have already sent several requests via the contact form, but dead silence!
Stars are only awarded for levels that you have not played before, or for levels that you play better than before.
So, now I'm stuck on level 47. 3 points, game actually solved, 0 flashing on the left (so actually no more moves) but it doesn't go any further and I can continue playing one move after the other, probably for all eternity... What can you do???
Hello Migros owner-- The problem regarding level 47 is possibly a bug and is currently being investigated by us. Please make sure that you are playing with a sufficient internet connection. If the problem persists, it would be helpful if you could send us a video of it. We are analyzing the problem that level 85 could not be completed. Again, the most common cause is an inadequate internet connection. Try to play with as good an internet connection as possible. best regards, Fabian

It seems to me that this is a connection problem. The points are 0 and I therefore assume that it was possible to continue playing even with 0 moves. In my opinion, the game is unfortunately not programmed very cleanly, which is why this error has occurred to me several times.
Not all stars are added to your score, only the ones you have earned more of compared to the previous level level 1: you have earned 2 stars level 2: you have earned 3 stars +1 is added to your score (not 3) Meanwhile at Lidl in the app, you can score goals (just click on a goal, done) and win e.g. an iced tea for free, or recently 50% on chips, 50% on cookies ect So much easier, Lidl just has such crazy good prices all the time😅
Thanks for your answer, but the flaw is that I only get one star per game day, if at all, even though I complete several levels with stars. That was already the case in the previous week. In week 4 I just missed the 42 stars, same game, same game. That really can't be right.
Good morning Here is an example photo The daily tasks are ONLY there to get coins and this number of stars will not be added to the weekly prize or main prize, unless you have improved in a level or played for the first time! For example, the first time you have received 1 star, if you play the same level again you may even get 3 stars, then 2 stars will be added to your account for the weekly prize or main prize!

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, my internet is sometimes not so good, but that can't be the cause of all the problems. I play with my cell phone, how can I make a video? And why are the stars I earned no longer credited since last week?

How can I earn more stars? I completed all 200 levels and the message came up that I could go back and earn more stars to win the grand prize. I often finish after a few moves, but no star?!!!
