I think the app is brilliant, BUT and now comes the big BUT.....it's way too slow! It's a disaster! It also often crashes when I want to write the shopping list, what a shame! So I gave up and turned to an alternative shopping list, although I would really like to work with the Migros shopping list as I am a Migros child. But for the life of me I don't have the money to do it. I hope the app will become more sophisticated in this respect, then I'll give it a chance?
Another example of the slow performance, which has shown me that nothing has improved in this respect: Yesterday I wanted to retrieve a receipt in the Migros app and had to wait, wait, wait.........
I just think it's a shame when you launch such an ingenious app and then it fails because of the performance. I can well imagine that many other users felt the same way as I did and then in the end nobody is interested in the app anymore.....
I can't follow your lines as the app has never let me down, so no crashes.
Displaying a receipt is faster than scrolling on a particular one. It took me seven seconds to scroll to the oldest one (09.11.2012), then one click and the receipt was displayed in a matter of seconds.
In the store where I pay with the digital payment card, the new amount is also displayed immediately and without delay.
I downloaded it once and didn't understand at all what I can do now or what the main benefit is supposed to be...
Somehow it seems like I can pay something? Can I pay with it? Should I order with it... Should I just use it to see what's on offer?
The intention of the developers is a complete mystery to me.

Hello Sandy80
Thank you for your message. Of course, it's really annoying when the app doesn't work as it should. It's really no fun to use it that way.
Can you tell me what kind of smartphone and which version you are using? Then I can pass on the technical feedback. Without this information, it's difficult for us to understand what the problem might be.
Kind regards

Hello svschieffer
The app has various functions. As you have already correctly recognized, it allows you to make cashless payments. You can also simply use the app to check the latest promotions in your favorite store or, for example, to call up the last receipt again. You can also compile your shopping list conveniently via the app so that you always have it to hand.
As you can see, there are many possible applications.
Is a Windows Phone app planned? I and I'm sure many other Windows Phone users would also like to have the option of cashless payment and the information!
