With this tool and the huge target audience (120 million Windows 10 users, rising / Windows 10 Mobile users), Migros should also realize that this could be profitable.

I can only support that. Windows App would be very important. There are not so few of them anymore and with the new phones the number of users will increase!

it is simply UNBELIEVABLE that such a giant as MIGROS cannot (i.e. WILL NOT) accomplish such a small thing .
My disappointment and anger in my stomach will soon be as great as the ignorance of these Migros computer scientists.
If Dutti were still alive, we would have had this app on our Windows Phones for a long time, because for him ALL customers - no matter how profitable they were for Migros - were of equal value.

yes, i also (stupidly) recently bought a Windows Phone from M-electronic. if i had known that i couldn't install the great Migros app - which i used to use a lot on an Android phone - on the WP, i would at least not have bought the Nokia Lumia 640XL from Migros:-(
I really don't understand why a Swiss company that is actually symaptic can and wants to afford to discriminate against 6% of Swiss smartphone users and thus definitely lose a lot of goodwill. Goodwill for which, on the other hand, hundreds of millions are spent on marketing. I can't follow this logic, it's very short-sighted thinking. Porting an app really doesn't cost the earth. Especially since, if you had used sensible tools from the start, you would have had platform independence for free.

@lydia-sonjaIwould also love to have a Migros app, but insulting statements don't help anyone. Perhaps there is more going on in the background than we suspect here. Developing an app (even with the porting tools) is more expensive than you might think. The developers apparently estimate the target group to be too small (although in this case it would be there and is constantly growing).
I think the idea of Microsoft getting involved is a very bad idea, as this has been practiced in the past and has only resulted in very loveless and poor apps that are not maintained.

This is also typical for (all) large corporations - the top bosses never let themselves be seen, they have their poor lightning rods (such as the sympathetic Tanja here), who have to put up with all the countless complaints, anger, frustration and often outbursts of anger (e.g. with telephone support), while the big (super-well-earning) bosses in their executive chairs have their peace of mind from everything that moves us customers:-(

I can only support that. Windows App would be very important. There are not so few of them anymore and with the new phones the number of users will increase!
