Dear Migros, please make the Migros app available for customers with Windows Phones (Nokia Lumia...). The spread of Windows Phones is increasing rapidly.

So I'm going to explain it very clearly, in a way that everyone can understand and to clear up any misunderstandings.
It is very clear to me that various offers are tailored to specific users.
If I (for example,because I am a cumulus user) had not decided to agree to a cumulus card and its use, then I would CERTAINLY not grumble when its users are - rightly - offered something special from time to time.
Because itwould have been my decision to stay away from the Cumulus program with all its positive and negative aspects.
It's completely different with the Migros app - which we will soon be asking for a thousand times - without which we CAN'Tparticipate!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had installed this app on my old (Android) phone from day one and used it straight away.

BINGO, that's exactly what I've been rolling around in my head for a long time.
But somehow it would hurt me to stab Migros in the back like that (despite everything it "offers" us)

Currently, only 2.18% of calls to Migros.ich(mobile version) come from Windows Phone. By contrast, 64.79% come from iOS and 31.75% from Android. For this reason, the focus is on these two mobile platforms.

Why should I go to Migros Page on my cell phone when I can do it much easier, faster and with a larger view on my (Windows 10) PC?
What's more, what's the point of going to migros.ch on our (Windows) cell phone, we can't download the shopping list or anything else there.
But the biggest criterion why (at least I) don't go to Migros.ch by cell phone is the incredibly cumbersome application with the extremely long wait for EVERY click!

In addition, it is almost impossible to scroll through the promotions, for example, without the slightest touch on any product always opening it immediately!!!
Going back to the list doesn't help either, you end up somewhere and have to start everything again. Once you finally have everything on the shopping list (after at least half an hour!) - the search for this list begins. By chance it appears from time to time, but only for a second - and then it's gone again - untraceable! grr.
When I finally found it and was able to look at it, I was faced with a mountain again, because I couldn't find a way to download the list.
Without this function, I would have to go online in the store (with the SIM card) and - oh horror, all the searching and waiting there - suffer through it again - no thanks!
You can think what you like now - I'm too stupid and the like.
Funnily enough, navigating migros.ch via the PC doesn't cause me any problems with searching or waiting.
But even there I can neither save the shopping list nor print it out properly and certainly not send it by e-mail (to my cell phone).
The layout offered for the printout is a disaster. See for yourself what comes out of it.

I personally think it's a shame that the app is not available for Windows Phone, because I switched from Android to Windows Phone.
I can't understand why Migros keeps "postponing" the development, because in my environment there are just as many users with Android as with Windows Phone.
I hope for the app for Windows.

1. what is really the exact reason for not developing a Windows 10 Universal app? (And don't tell me about the market share, because iOS and Android can't compete with smartphones, tablets and PCs/laptops combined).

For the life of me, I can't understand why a small retailer in Switzerland has had a Windows app for a long time and the largest in Switzerland can't even manage it when such simple options are offered.
With over 1 billion in net profit in 2014, such a port should actually be feasible when it comes to paying customers.

If there are no reactions (from the IT funders - and not from your lightning rod Tanja) , then we really need to publicize this scam at Kassnesturz. That way we could present our concerns to a wider audience and - who knows, maybe a clever computer scientist will then take up the cause ;-)
@Ginger97 very right. In addition, Migros' statistics can very easily be simply wrong.
- New Windows Phones pretend to be Android Phones on the internet to get mobile optimized websites, is that taken into account?
- The iOS and Android app certainly load a lot of data from the normal website. This naturally increases the number of hits on the Migros website, as people with an app are logically more interested in Migros.
Dear Migros, it's definitely time to develop an app!
I am also somewhat frustrated that there is still no WP app. And I'm definitely not going to switch to Android or even iOS just because of the selection of apps
