Hello @pku55, thank you for your request. In order to give all users the greatest possible transparency in their shopping process, we display the available purchase data such as receipts in the Migros app. These not only serve to provide a retrospective overview, but also create long-term traceability of expenditure, cancellations and proof of warranty. For this reason, the receipts cannot be deleted. Best regards, Heidi

After how many years does Migros delete the old receipts? It can't be that they remain stored forever and fill the memory of the cell phones.
@pku55
I've just checked my Migros app.
1. the receipts can only be called up if there is an internet connection. So they don't put a strain on your phone's memory.
2. the oldest receipt I have is from February 2019. In the app, they are apparently only visible for six months. They should be available in the online account for at least two years, as they also act as a guarantee voucher.
Good evening @Nachtspalter
"Apparently they are only visible in the app for six months."
More than six months. The oldest visible receipt on my "mobiles" is from March 2018.
Best regards
Frederica
Hello @pku55
Thank you for your query.
The receipts are stored retroactively for a total period of 6 months in the Migros app. If you need receipts that go beyond these 6 months, you can log in at www.migros.ch with your customer details and retrieve further receipts, as suggested by @Nachtspalter.
Best regards,
Angela

"The receipts are stored retroactively for a total period of 6 months in the Migros app."
But that's a long six months!

Maybe this applies to Android but not to iOS or is it device-dependent?
Best regards
Frederica
@Frederica
Apparently it depends on the device. I have now also looked on my Android tablet - after the smartphone yesterday - and lo and behold: the oldest receipt is from July 20, 2017, so a whole two years, as in the online account.
@Nachtspalter: The app is not supported on tablets, so it may no longer update itself and therefore the old information remains.
@ Frederica: That may also be the reason why you can still see the old receipts. What operating system version does your phone have?
Best regards,
Angela
