Migipedia stopped working on the Apple desktop computer a few days ago. I can only create topics via iOS Mobile. The same applies to the online store Doit and Garden, where orders can no longer be placed via the desktop Apple.

Hi Loxiran Thanks for opening the topic. I have just opened a theme with my Mac as a test (using Google Chrome). This was possible without any problems. I am not aware that we had any technical problems over the weekend, but this can never be completely ruled out. Are you still experiencing problems? If so, please send an email to community@mgb.ch and describe the errors in as much detail as possible. Ideally, you should also send us screenshots and information about your computer (operating system, browser version, etc.). Many thanks & best regards, Marc

Hello @Marc_Migros Thank you very much, at the moment the "Reply button" seems to be working again. The delivery option can also be selected again on DO-IT+Garden Online. This did not work for a few days. Now it's working again, so I'll wait and see. LG Loxiran

Could you please tell us the exact version of the operating system? You can find this via the Apple menu at the top left -> About this Mac. We also need the exact operating system of the browser (open Safari, Menu Safari -> About "Safari"). Do you also select a category when opening? Best regards, Ailina
