M-Go on Android 4.0

M-Go auf Android 4.0

Dear Migros
Apparently there is a great need in the Android community for an M-Go app on what is now the best-selling operating system for smartphones! All the iUsers in honor, but there are now many Androiders who are waiting for an M-Go app! When can we expect it?

Dear schaelleursli

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I have to disappoint all Android users: An M-Go app for Android is not planned at the moment. Especially since I'm an Android user myself and would have loved to have such an app, I'm sorry that I can't pass on any better news.

Best regards
Tanja, Migipedia team

Is this the last word? It's a pity, the need would certainly be there... It's also a pity that in Switzerland the friends of the apple are still always favored, although Android already accounts for more than a third of smartphone users in Switzerland.

it's all a matter of habit.... also fits in with other companies that criminally neglect android.
at least the leshop app works perfectly and is synchronized, unlike the coop app.

but it's clear to me why the apple disciples are favored: apple disciples seem to have too much money, or rather they spend money, and android users are a little more reserved.

but since everything in this world is about money, we are at a disadvantage until the so-called managers smell us too.
well

I don't think it's because of the suggested better income of Apple users.
It's more because Apple has already bribed Migros.
There's a Mac in every store, the staff have iPhones Migros works with Swisscom, which in turn works with Apple.
I think they got the devices and services at a special price and are promoting their products in return.
It's exactly the same with our schools. There's a Mac in every classroom and most of the teachers have iPhones.
The children are already being trimmed for Apple.

I used M-GO on my iPhone 3GS until now and was happy with the app, but now that I'm due for a new phone, I've opted for the Galaxy S3, unfortunately without M-GO as it's an Android.
I think it's an affront to the Android community that we're being left out in the cold like this.
Then we'll just go to ALDI and LIDL even more - like you, they don't have an app either!

As I thought, Migros doesn't care about the customers, what they want hasn't mattered for a long time. At the moment it just seems to be money money money...
As I said before, it was pure delaying tactics, they said they would take care of it etc...

Dear Migros, I would think very hard about the Android app.
You're on the wrong boat.

Dear Tanja_Migros,

I have to say that Migros unfortunately has no understanding for Android users!
I do not accept such a procedure at all! Are we living in a two-tier society?

@hjwagi, ALDI has long since overtaken Migros...

You can try it again and the more often the better (maybe?):
I would also like a Migros app for Android for shopping (Sternsammler etc. already works on Android, so why not the M-Go app?).

Kind regards
